Ingredients for chicken Marination:
- ½ KG Chicken (Boneless)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp garlic (Chopped)
Kung Pao Chicken Recipe
Ingredients for sauce:
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4-6 Slices Red Chili Pepper
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- ½ tbsp corn flour
- 1 cup chicken stock
Ingredients for Kung Pao Chicken:
- 3 tbsp Rafhan Corn oil
- 1 onion (sliced)
- ½ kg marinated chicken
- 1 cup Prepared sauce
- ½ cup Bell peppers (Sliced)
- ¼ cup green onions (Chopped)
- ¼ cup peanuts (roasted)
- ½ cashew nuts (roasted)
- ¼ tsp sesame oil
- Boiled Rice (As required for serving)
Directions for Chicken Marination:
- Take a bowl, then add boneless chicken, salt, sugar, chili sauce, soy sauce, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, garlic in this bowl, mix well & rest for
- 15-20 minutes
Directions for Sauce:
- Add vinegar, soy sauce, red chili pepper, honey, tomato paste, corn flour, chicken stock in a bowl & mix it well 2. Sauce is ready
Directions for Kung pao Chicken:
- Add Rafhan cooking oil in a pan 2. Then add onions, cook for a while then marinated chicken
- Add prepared sauce (which is already prepared), bell peppers, green onions, peanuts, cashew nuts, sesame oil,
- Cook for a while, Chicken kung pao is ready to serve
- Serve with boiled rice
